Last Saturday 26th in Singapore was the HOLYCRIT criterium day. The event can be considered one of the most prestigious South – West Asia. Organized by Singapore FixupYourGear Store (Cinelli dealer) and the crews Crank Arm Steady and Eatsh!t.

The first edition took place in September 2013, in less than a year and has held the 5th edition, a signal that shows the great fervor fixed scene in Singapore.

Last Saturday, April 26th, was arguably the most competitive Holycrit played 5th, 40 participating teams and riders from various cities and Asian countries. What started as a criterium “for friends”, has very quickly become an event of great interest.

The race characterized by its intensity and frenetic pace ” was something” caused by three guys, Faz Adhili (Malaysia ), Chen Zhen (Singapore) and Mr. Haikel (Singapore). In the closing laps the three managed to escape the peloton in the final sprint and Faz Adhili (24/7 Pestle Mortal) achieved putting his wheel in front of the others. Second place for Mr. Haikel (Geylang Cycling Team) and third for Chen Zhen (Team FixupYourGear) .

Main protagonist giving the awards, along with the athletes, the great guest of the night was “Mr. Cinelli” Antonio Colombo.

Many participants, lots and lots of spectators enthused have been key to the success of Holycrit 5. Congratulations to all the organizers (FixupYourGear, Crank Arm Steady and Eatsh!t).

    El pasado sábado 26 en Singapur fue día de criterium, fue día de HOLYCRIT. El evento se puede considerar uno de los más prestigiosos del sur-oeste asiático. Organizado por la tienda de Singapur FixupYourGear (distribuidor de Cinelli) y las crew Crank Arm Steady y Eatsh!t.

    La primera edición tuvo lugar en septiembre de 2013, en poco menos de un año ya se ha celebrado la edición número 5, una señal que demuestra el gran fervor de la escena fixed en la ciudad de Singapur.

    La del pasado sábado, 26 de abril, fue sin duda el Holycrit más competitivo de los 5 disputados, 40 participantes con equipos y riders provenientes de varias ciudades y países asiáticos. Lo que empezó como un critérium “para amigos”, muy rápidamente se ha convertido en un evento de gran interés.

    La carrera fue caracterizada por su intensidad y ritmo frenético en gran parte por Faz Adhili (Malaysia), Chen Zhen (Singapur) y Mr. Haikel (Singapur) que dominaron la carrera. En las últimas vueltas los tres consiguieron escaparse del pelotón y en el último sprint Faz Adhili (24/7 Pestle Mortal) consiguió poner las ruedas de su bici por delante de la de los rivales. Segunda plaza para Mr. Haikel (Geylang Cycling Team) y tercera para Chen Zhen (Team FixupYourGear).

    Gran protagonista en la entrega de premios, junto con los atletas, el gran invitado de la noche de fue “Mr. Cinelli”, Antonio Colombo.

    Muchos participantes, un montón de público y mucho entusiasmo han sido la clave del éxito de Holycrit 5. Dar la enhorabuena a todos los organizadores (FixupYourGear, Crank Arm Steady y Eatsh!it).

    Una mención especial por el apoyo y la ayuda para dar cobertura a este evento a nuestro amigo Adi Wright.
